On behalf of the Establishment School Board [ESB] it is a privilege to welcome you and your whānau to Mangakōtukutuku College. 

As a whānau, we understand that your main concern will be the wellbeing and best educational outcomes for your rangatahi. As the ESB, our focus is on providing a challenging educational environment and opportunities to support your child's learning to achieve these outcomes. 

The Board, Tumuaki - Principal, Senior Leadership Team and staff are committed to encouraging our ākonga - learners to pursue excellence in all areas of their lives while staying true to their unique cultural heritage. This is embodied in our vision for the school: Te Kura Whaikaha. We are a school where anything is possible when we work to our strengths and together. 

The purpose of this information booklet is to provide you with some additional information about the practicalities of life at our school. We are still on the journey and some details are still to be finalised.
